So, you did a fine job of griling that chicken breast (please tell me you brined) and what to do with the left overs?

2 whole grilled and cooled chicken breasts

3 T mayo

2 T capers

1 T dried mexican oregano

1 T sour cream

S/P to taste

Dice chicken and mix with above.

Personally, I like this on a toasted french loaf with sliced tomato and arugula.

I miss my Dad.  He taught me patience and to love my family.
